Purchasing sign products from this Site
All sales of products from this site are subject to our terms and conditions. The Terms of Sale include product sales, shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns-Exchanges and Refunds
We make our signs and lettering in-house as we receive each individual order, and it is therefore considered a custom-made-to-order product. We do not accept, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on painted foam lettering.
Free Samples
We offer free samples AT NO COST TO YOU in order for you to inspect the lettering and confirm the suitability of our product for your particular sign project. Do not make a purchase if you're not sure that the products offered on this website are suitable for your specific purpose or use. If you are not sure of the material, sizes, weight, thickness, or any other aspect of the lettering or signage offered, please give us a call before making a purchase.
Some of our unpainted foam letters and numbers are also produced as we receive individual orders. We offer refunds on the purchase price of unpainted foam letters minus a 15% restocking fee, Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer must pay the return shipping charges. If you're not sure this type of lettering will be suitable for your sign project, we will ship you a free sample so you can inspect the product before making a purchase.
We recommend requesting a free sample before making a purchase if you're unfamiliar with our products due to our no refund, exchange, or return policy on some of our products. As permitted by applicable law, in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product, at our sole discretion, we will replace or refund the purchase price and shipping cost of the defective Product.
Product usability and suitability.
We are not responsible for orders processed using incorrect information provided by you; We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on orders processed using incorrect information provided by the buyer.
For Example;
(1) When the customer orders sign letters that are too large or too small for their particular purpose. Please make sure that the size of the sign letters you order will fit within the wall space you have available for a sign. If you need help deciding what size sign lettering you need, please give us a call before making a purchase, and we will help you decide the correct size lettering you need based on the wall length you have available.
Canceled ordered
We begin the manufacturing process 24 hours after receiving an order so that our customers can receive their products as quickly as possible. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After we begin manufacturing the lettering, the order cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
You agree that we may cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund if we discover an error related to your order or if we are unable to fill the order due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Products generally ship within 5 business days of payment. We ship via UPS, or USPS. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed ( 98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days).
